“Ok so Caleb Moore here, starting out a riders blog that will keep you updated on what I and the rest of the bombsquad are up to throughout the year. 2008 has been pretty wild as it comes to a close, we have seen lots of places and met many people. The tricks have been crazy and a whole new level, and unfortunatly so have the crashes, between coltens 3 concussions in less then 2 weeks, multiple broken bones JR Hinds got on a jump gone wrong. With all that behind us we’re starting training for the new year, we have lots of riders coming to texas to compete for the next spots on the bombsquad, and proof themselves worthy of the shows and wild times we have ahead of us. As for me, I have a few things up my sleeve to stay on top of the game, with all the new backflip variations I was able to pull I know now more then ever that it’s not time to get comfortable, but to push even harder and keep taking the sport to a new level as fast as possible. I can’t say what i’m working on, but those of you who saw the teaser for h-11 will have an idea of what’s going through my head. Its time to catch up with the bikes and show what quads can do.
Anyways it’s been getting cold here in Texas so training isn’t the easiest but it’s all part of it. We’ll be moving to the 09 polaris outlaws soon and all the riders are excited about it, next year is lookin better and better by the day with new tours and shows, as well as new up and coming riders. Besides all that not there’s much going on, everybodys just enjoying having a little break and time to step up there game. As time goes on i’ll keep everyone updated on how progress is going with all the new riders, and what big things we have coming up. “Whats up everyone??  I was informed that I should write a blog every month to let all the people know whats been going on in my world. So, here is the first blog of my life!! haha.
It’s an exciting time for me right now as I open a new chapter in my freestyle riding career, becoming a Bomb Squad Team Rider. I have known Wes and the crew at H bomb Films for years and have done some stuff in the past for the Huevos films, but to now be an included part of the Bomb Squad Family is exciting for me. My career up to this point has been pretty good and I am looking forward to progressing my skills and having a blast in the mean time.
Right now I’m sitting in Minnesota, looking at the snow on the ground, and for the first time in years, not really pissed off about it. I’ve been alpine skiing!  That’s right!  We have ski hills up here in MN. I’m just waiting for the kick ass terrain park to get built. They usually build some sick jumps for boarders and skiers. It’s also hockey time up here as well. I’m a huge hockey freak. I try to watch every game our pro team, The Wild, play. I also play myself a few times a week. It’s a hard cardio workout and its fun at the same time. I can’t run on a treadmill or sit on a bike. That’s too boring.
I’ll be heading down to Caleb and Colten’s place here in the next week or so to practice “The Trick”. That’s right, the Back flip.  It’s becoming a must do nowadays if you want to be anything in freestyle.  I’m looking forward to it and I know with the support, and Caleb yelling at me from time to time, that I’ll have it on lock in the next month or so. It’s great that Polaris is involved with the Bomb Squad.  It’s awesome to finally start to see manufactures reward the riders for what they can do.  Even though they sponsor the Bomb Squad for racing, we choose to ride freestyle on them ourselves. The new 09 Outlaw 525 S is a great quad and it is fully capable of handling what we are going to do to it.
Well peeps, for my first blog in history, that’s all I got. I’ll be checkin in every month to let everyone know whats been happening in my world, quad related or not. Maybe I can get some good stories in the next couple weeks to share with everyone. Maybe even some about Caleb and Colten. hahaha. Peace out…”

“Well this has been my first year riding with the Bomb Squad and I’m really stoked!  It’s the first time I got to travel around the country as well as different locations around the globe and it’s amazing.  Caleb and I just got back from a show in Mississippi, which is a tour for the Arena Cross Series and it went really well.   Caleb busted a few back flips which made the crowd go nuts! I’ll be taking the rest of this month off for practice and to get ready for next year.  I’m headed back to Costa Rica tomorrow, which is my home country, to spend the holidays.  Luckily, I have a ramp I can use to keep my chops up. Next year seems like it’s going to be a crazy wutg lots of shows throughout the year. The way things are going, the sport is going to grow to a complete different level.  The progression is finally being noticed by big names and that’s what we need to get this sport to where we all want it.
I hope you all check out the new Huevos 11 movie. I thinks its amazing!  It’s a completely different film compared to past ones that have been released.  Caleb has been working to take the sport to the limit and you can see the amazing flip variations that have been nailed to dirt.  Not only that, but there are some great riding spots and really good HD camera work which make you really see whats going on. I can feel that next year is going to be the biggest year ever and a lot of guys are going to be fighting to make it in. For sure a lot of new back flippers will be stepping up and I just cant wait for some of the new tricks and craziness to come.
